Modernized an existing midrise medical building in the heart of Beverly Hills.  Façade remodel comprised of new window system, rooftop penthouse and trellis, and entry canopy with sign system.  Moon & Associates was instrumental in expediting the approval from the City of Beverly Hills Architectural Review Board Hearing and successful in negotiating with the city for maintaining non-conforming parking, use, exiting and canopy projection over the sidewalk.
